Further & Higher Education at College

You may wish to pursue Further or Higher Education (FE or HE) at college following on from Year 11 or Sixth Form Study.

Many students, after school apply for vocational courses to develop their skills in a specific field of study related to vocational (work-related) pathways. College offers courses from Entry level all the way up to Level 6. Education at college is free for 16-18 year olds and fees for HE (19+) at college can often be cheaper than university, and can lead to studying a ‘Top-Up’ final year (commonly at university) to gain a full Bachelors qualification.
