LPPA

We are excited to share that Valley Park School is currently working towards achieving the Leading Parent Partnership Award.

This national award recognises schools that work effectively with families to support children’s learning and development, something we are deeply committed to.

At Valley Park, our core values of Ambition, Respect, and Kindness are at the heart of everything we do. These values align strongly with the key principles of the LPPA:

  • Ambition – We believe in the power of high expectations, not just for our students but for the partnerships we build with families. Working towards this award reflects our ambition to continually improve and strengthen those connections.
  • Respect – A key focus of the LPPA is listening to and valuing the voice of parents and carers. We are committed to fostering open, respectful dialogue and collaboration between school and home.
  • Kindness – Building a supportive, inclusive community is essential. By working towards the LPPA, we aim to create even more opportunities for families to feel welcomed, informed, and involved in school life.

Achieving this award will help us ensure that our relationships with parents and carers continue to grow in strength, consistency and impact, and that we remain united in our goal of supporting every student to thrive.

We will continue to update you on our progress and share ways you can get involved. Thank you for being a vital part of our community. Together, we are building something special.

We always welcome any feedback and encourage you to attend our Parent Champion meetings.
