‘He Lives in You’ - Performing Arts Scholar Day

On Wednesday the Performing Arts Scholars in Year 7 to 10 had a fantastic trip to London.

The day began with a workshop with Disney Educational where students learnt the song and choreography for ‘He lives in you’ from Disney’s The Lion King at Pineapple Dance Studios. 

After a lunch break in Leicester Square they headed over to the Lyceum Theatre to watch the production of The Lion King. It was very exciting to see the choreography they had learnt being used in the show. The show itself was a spectacle of colourful costumes, amazing puppetry and emotive music. The scholars had a thoroughly inspiring and enjoyable day.

Thank you to Mrs Hitch for organising such a great day.
