Cyber Discovery Virtual Workshop
Year 12 Computer Science students took part in a Cyber Discovery Virtual Workshop this morning.
The workshop was run by Cyber Discovery, and students joined up with schools from around the UK to explore some of the key principles of cyber security. They explored a range of cyber security issues, including ethical and unethical hacking and two-factor authentication.
They also had the chance to explore different methods of keeping data safe online and those which might be useful in different types of organisations. Students have also been given the opportunity to take part in the Cyber Discovery competition to prove their knowledge of cyber security and compete against a range of students across the UK.
