Celebration of Reading

Reading is of great importance to the school and something we want to encourage all of our students to do.

Reading is proven to support with developing academic ability in all subjects as well as being something thoroughly enjoyable!

To support with this, we have created a reading padlet, which offers a variety of reading suggestions from different genres, both fiction and non-fiction, articles and novels from global and diverse narratives, BLM fiction and articles, and recommendations from our teachers and even some of our students!

We hope this is a space students, parents and carers can access regularly, and will provide exciting suggestions to engage with a variety of different reading material.
