Special Educational Needs (SEN)
At Valley Park School we rigorously monitor the progress of all of our students, including those with SEN.
We scrupulously evaluate the effectiveness of our approach to SEN in the school, and the effectiveness and impact of provisions that we have put in place to meet cohort, group and individual needs.
A detailed strategic analysis and evaluation of SEN provision, practice and outcomes is prepared on an annual basis, and this is shared with the Senior Leadership Team, governors and Trust Board. It is also used to inform the planning for and development of provisions and practices for the year ahead.
The evaluation report (below) provides a summary of the detailed strategic analysis that has been completed, presenting the key data that has been collected and analysed.
